How do I look at products?
There is no complicated registration process to view the products in iToolCrib.com's Online Catalog. Select one of the three methods to look at the products in our online offering:
- Main categories of our catalog are visible on the left navigation bar. Just click on the drill down menu of the category you wish to view. Clicking on the offered links will take you to the product level.
- Clicking on the "Quick Product Finder" will allow you to navigate to the product level more quickly.
- Click on the Products button located on the top navigation bar, from anywhere on your site. You'll be presented with a full view of the main categories and their sub-categories. All you need to do is click on the sub-category and navigate yourself to the product you are searching for.
How do I set up an account?
Is this your first time ordering with iToolCrib.com or Thomaston Safety Group? Simply by placing an order, an account will automatically be set up for your company. We may contact you for additional credit information.
If you would like to set up an account before placing an order, simply give us your Dunn & Bradstreet number or three credit references. Generally, our account terms are Net 30 days.
However, this does not mean your order has to be placed under Net 30 day terms. We welcome VISA, Master Card, and American Express.
How do I place an order?
iToolCrib.com uses the point and click interface to allow its customers to place orders. When you have located the product(s) you wish to purchase, just type in the quantity needed and click on the buy button. The product will be added to your shopping cart. You can return to shopping and add as many products as you wish to your shopping cart.
After reviewing the products in your shopping cart, you will be asked to check-out. You'll be guided through 4 easy steps in order to submit your final order.
An Order Acknowledgement window will open up after you submit your order. You will be able to print the Order Acknowledgement form for your records.
How do I review my shopping cart?
At any time in the ordering or researching process, click on the View Cart icon on the top navigation bar. You'll be taken directly to your shopping cart contents and you can remove, add, or adjust quantities for any or all of the items listed.
How do I return a product?
Ordering on-line can be a bit intimidating---you can't touch the products or try them out. If you decide a product isn't right for you, there is no extra charge for us to simply put it back on our shelf. You can e-mail the product that you need to return including your order number, and we will issue a return authorization number RAN. The RAN will ensure a proper credit to your account. No returns will be conducted without a RAN.
How do I set up my iToolCrib?
If you are interested in setting up your custom iToolCrib then please click on the New User icon on the home page. Simply input your information and an account executive will assess your company's needs and will bring you on board. You will then be assigned a password, which will allow you to manage and procure your repetitively used MRO commodities online through your custom catalog in My iToolCrib.
How do I manage the products in my iToolCrib?
Your iToolCrib will maintain a listing of your repetitively used MRO products. There will be instances when you will wish to add new products to your iToolCrib or delete products that are no longer used by your company. Our customer care department will add and delete products for you. Use the My Comments link in the left navigation bar of your iToolCrib to send us the appropriate information.
How do I get my password if I have forgotten it?
Click on Forgotten Your Password? in the log in box and enter your E-mail address. You can expect to receive your password in your inbox in a matter of minutes. Please remember, passwords are case sensitive.
